Children's Hospital AIDS Program
Child The Children's Hospital AIDS Program (CHAP) at Children's Hospital Boston offers services to infants, children and adolescents with, or at risk for, HIV infection or AIDS.

All of our services include consultation with your child's pediatrician or primary health care provider.

Our services include:
  • HIV counseling and testing
  • clinical care and case management
  • outreach and MassCARE Program assistance
  • education
  • mental health services
  • clinical drug and vaccine trials
  • adolescent HIV services

In the Spotlight
Image World AIDS Day Celebration
The Children's Hospital AIDS Program (CHAP) will mark World AIDS Day with a commemorative event on Friday, November 30, 2007.

The celebration will include a full-day of activities from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a formal ceremony to be held from noon to 1:30 p.m.

The CHAP memorial quilt, a memorial honoring children lost to AIDS, will also be displayed.

The event will also include an icecream tasting of "Mad Fish Mud", a new ice cream flavor developed by TV's "Mad Fisherman" Charlie Moore and Brigham's Ice Cream. Proceeds from the sale of this ice cream benefit HIV/AIDS patients at Children's.
