Flower Intersex Disorders
At the Center for Congenital Anomalies of the Reproductive Tract at Children's Hospital Boston, we treat patients with intersex disorders. Someone with an intersex disorder has a mixture of male and female reproductive structures. It is not clear at birth whether the individual is a male or a female.

Marc R. Laufer, MD, director of the Center, is a member of the medical advisory board of the Intersex Society of North America.
