Applicants must meet requirements set forth by the Massachusetts state licensing law for qualifying for a Supervised Professional Practice.
The state's requirements for an extern to qualify for a Supervised Professional Practice Plan mirror the minimum requirements to qualify for the ASHA CFY.
Upon hire, the extern/fellow must submit a Supervised Professional Practice plan with the state, and per hospital policy, must file a Clinical Fellowship in Audiology with ASHA.
