300 Longwood Avenue Boston, MA 02115 (617) 355-6000 Clinical Services (Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program): Our Services Who We Serve The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program provides care for infants, children and adolescents with known or previously diagnosed hearing loss. Evaluation and Assessment Services The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program provides the following services: cognitive and psycho-educational assessments neuropsychological assessments functional communication and interaction assessments speech, spoken language and auditory skills assessments sign language assessments audiological evaluations amplification assessments psychiatric assessments otological examination Coordinated Care Evaluations may be coordinated with other Children's departments, including Neurology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, and Developmental Medicine.
