Clinical education

The Occupational Therapy Department at Boston Children's Hospital offers clinical educational opportunities to entry-level students in professional programs.

Since Boston Children's Hospital is a specialized pediatric facility, affiliates should be completing the last clinical affiliation of their program, or a clinical internship, and have a genuine interest in pediatrics.

Children's traditionally accepts students from academic programs within the New England region. However, affiliates from other programs are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Post-professional educational opportunities are provided upon special request.

Requests for entry-level clinical education experiences should be initiated by the Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education at the academic institution.
