Getting Here
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. The traffic and parking in the Longwood Medical Area can sometimes be difficult and take more time than anticipated. Please take this into account when you leave for your visit. Parking is available in the Children's Parking Garage at a discounted rate with a validated ticket.

Check-in
When you arrive to the office in the Fegan Building, 3rd floor, you will first need to check in at the front desk. There, one of our staff will verify your personal information and collect the copay for your visit. You will be able to have a seat in our waiting area. During this time you will be asked to complete a history and physical form answering questions about your health history. It is often helpful to complete these forms prior to your visit. (See link in right margin.)

Your Child's Exam
We frequently have many doctors seeing patients on the floor at any given time so the waiting area can be very busy. Once you are called into the exam room, the practice assistant may obtain your child's height, weight, temperature and blood pressure. One of our Pediatric Nurse Practitioners may then review your child's history and physical form with you and then the doctor will see your child.

Follow-up
After the doctor has seen your child, you may need to stop at the checkout desk to obtain a follow up appointment. At anytime, please do not hesitate to ask one of our staff for assistance or information.
