The surgical residency program at Children's Hospital Boston provides training for residents with various levels of experience. We have ACGME approved programs in pediatric surgery and surgical critical care. We have general surgical residents rotating at various PGY levels from general surgery programs in Boston. In addition, we have two residents at the junior level (PGY 2/3) who are here for a year from programs outside the Boston area. These are generally individuals considering pediatric surgery as a career.
