Child Neurology applications should be submitted through the Central Application Service of the Child Neurology Matching Program. For information about registering, please visit sfmatch.org, or call (415) 447-0350.

The Central Application Service (CAS) requires submission of completed and signed CAS application forms including: a personal statement; your college, graduate school, and medical school transcripts; USMLE scores, three letters of reference; the Dean's letter; ECFMG certificate (if you graduated from medical school outside of the U.S. or Canada).

Once your application is complete and the deadline has passed, it will be forwarded to the Residency Selection Committee for review. Applicants who are considered to be strong candidates for the Children's Hospital Boston Neurology Residency Training Program, will be contacted to arrange for a personal interview.

Please contact Kelley Hyatt with any questions at Kelley.Hyatt@childrens.harvard.edu or (617) 355-8735.
