Amos, the therapy dog who volunteers in the Resource Room, as part of the Pawprints program, visits patients on the Hematology/Oncology unit every other week. His calm, gentle presence brings joy to the patients and families who get to spend time with Amos, providing a wonderful diversion to the hospital routine.
*Patients must meet medical eligibility criteria and have consent from both the doctors and the parents before spending time with Amos.
