Flower What signs might suggest child has a kidney tumor?
The general symptoms of kidney tumors include:
  • a non-tender mass, or lump, felt or seen in the abdomen
  • swelling of the abdomen
  • distended or large veins appearing across the abdomen
  • blood in the urine (hematuria)
  • abdominal pain from pressure on other organs near the tumor
  • decreased appetite, weakness or tiredness
  • fever
  • high blood pressure (hypertension)
If your child is exhibiting any of these symptoms, contact us as soon as possible for evaluation.
