Urology:
Detect urinary tract obstruction
Measure differential renal function
Detect pyelonephritis

Determine renal transplant function
Diagnose renovascular hypertension

Orthopedics:
Identify occult bone trauma
Diagnose sports injuries
Diagnose osteomyelitis
Localize sites for tumor biopsy

Oncology:
Tumor localization

Gastroenterology:
Measure gastric emptying time
Diagnose gastroesophageal reflux and pulmonary aspiration

Measure myocardial blood flow in a variety of pediatric cardiac disorders including Kawasaki disease, congenital heart defects and cardiomyopathies

Detects and measure cardiovascular shunts

Pulmonary:
Quantify regional and split pulmonary function (blood flow and ventilation).
Assess results of interventional and surgical therapies on regional pulmonary function
