The mission of our child psychiatry, psychology, social work, medical student and international student training programs at Children's Hospital Boston and Harvard Medical School is to educate the next generation of leaders in child mental health.
Our highly sought-after training programs have allowed for a rich and unique interdisciplinary training experience that integrates the complementary fields of knowledge that each discipline brings.
We expect that our graduates will improve the quality of life and reduce the burden of suffering for children and their families who are facing disabling mental illnesses. We anticipate that our alumnae will work across the spectrum of clinical and research settings using evidenced-based approaches. We hope our graduates will be culturally aware and will work to empower patients, families and communities.
