There are several steps to applying to visit at Children's Hospital Boston, including both the online registration and paper application. Please note that all applicants may be subject to a background check.
Complete and submit the online registration form. Application materials will not reviewed until the online registration has been submitted.
Complete and mail completed application and current resume or CV and proof of immunizations.
If you don't have a visa it is your responsibility to obtain one, as well as housing while you are in Boston.
