Finding Solutions to Adolescent Breast Problems
Image A multidisciplinary group of physicians at Children's Hospital Boston is launching the Adolescent Breast Center. It will be the first of its kind in the country and will treat a variety of benign breast problems in adolescent patients.
Helping hands correct a congenital deformity
Amniotic Band Syndrome Aaron was born with a deformed hand due to Amniotic Band Syndrome (ABS) nearly two years ago. ABS, also known as Constriction Band Syndrome, is a congenital disorder that occurs in about one in every 10,000 to 15,000 babies when fibrous bands of the amniotic sac become entangled around a developing fetus.
