Gynecology

Welcome to the Division of Gynecology at Children's Hospital, Boston. We are located at 333 Longwood Avenue on the fifth floor, across the street from the main entrance of the hospital. There is a Bank of America and Harvard Coop Bookstore located on the first floor of the building.

Parking

Parking is available in Children's parking garage one block away on Longwood Avenue. Please bring your parking ticket with you, as we will validate it for a reduced rate.

For an easier check-in, please bring the following information with you on the day of your appointment:

New patients

If you are a new patient to the clinic, please click on the link below to obtain the medical history questionnaire, print it out and complete it at home before your appointment. Make sure to bring this form with you on the day of your appointment.

Ultrasound and MRI information

If you are scheduled for an ultrasound or an MRI prior to your appointment, please proceed to the Radiology Department on the second floor of the main hospital.

If you are having a pelvic ultrasound, you will need to have a full bladder and should drink 32 ounces of water prior to the test.

Please proceed to our office immediately after completing the test with the preliminary report, which will be given to you by the technician.
