The Department of Dentistry at Children's Hospital Boston provides comprehensive dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and persons with special health care needs.
Expert team
The department is staffed by an experienced team of pediatric dentists, including specialists in:
  • Endodontics
  • Oral and maxillofacial surgery
  • Orthodontics
  • Periodontics
  • Prosthodontics
Our services
We provide expert diagnosis and care for infants, children and adolescents with both common and complex dental problems, including those listed under "Related Topics" in the upper right corner.

We also work closely with other pediatric specialists throughout the hospital, when appropriate, to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

What's New
Clinic renovation
We are currently undergoing a complete renovation of our clinic. The result will be larger rooms with state-of-the-art equipment, which will help us improve care and provide you with better service.

During construction, approximately half our clinic will be closed, which means that we will be able to see fewer patients.

Construction is scheduled to be completed by June 2008.

The Department of Dentistry is pleased to introduce Siva Vasudavan, BDSc, MDSc, M Orth RCS, to our team.

Dr. Vasudavan joins us as Assistant in Pediatric Dentistry. He comes to us from Perth, Australia where he had a private orthodontic practice and served as a dental consultant at Princess Margaret Hospital for Children.
