Who and when to call for an appointment
|
|
- To schedule an appointment, call 617-355-5945
- The Travel and Geographic Clinic is open Monday mornings only (except holidays)
- Appointments should be made as soon as your travel plans have been made
- Some immunizations take several weeks to take effect after they are given, so time is needed prior to your trip for the vaccines to work

What to bring to an appointment
|
|
|
- Authorization form you and your child's insurance company or a form of payment; travel itinerary (dates and locations of where you will be going and where you will be staying)
- You and your child's immunization record
- Lists of medications you or your child is taking
|
|
Appointments are recommended at least 4 weeks prior to traveling in order to complete all the necessary travel immunizations and counseling.
