Clinical Services:
Richmond Psychiatry Inpatient Service
Image The Richmond Psychiatry Inpatient Service at Children's Hospital Boston is a 16-bed, general inpatient child and adolescent psychiatric unit. We provide family-oriented psychiatric assessment and treatment for patients who have often failed to respond to conventional outpatient or hospital care.

We have specific expertise in the management of patients who have both medical and emotional problems such as diabetes, asthma, seizures, eating disorders and inflammatory bowel disease.

Our goal is to help your child by stablizing them while in crisis, give you and your child skills to cope and return them to a more comfortable environment for ongoing care.

We are located on the 5th floor of the Bader building at 300 Longwood Avenue (inside the main entrance of Children's Hospital Boston).
