End-Stage Renal Disease Program

Farley Building, 4th Floor

The End-Stage Renal Disease Program is located on the fourth floor of the Farley Building.

• Enter the hospital through the Main Entrance and walk up the stairs on your left.
  At top of the stairs, make a right. Take the elevators to the 4th Floor
  The Dialysis Unit will be in front of you as you walk off the elevators.
  The Kidney Transplant Program Office (Farley 403) is located down the hall.
