Residents in Pediatric Neurosurgery serve at both Brigham and Women's Hospital and Children's Hospital Boston. The departments have always been very closely connected and this arrangement allows residents to gain exposure that encompasses the breadth of cases seen in a major adult neurosurgery center while participating in the highly specialized cases seen at Children's Hospital.
