If you or your child is being fitted for orthotics, you must pay the full cost of the orthotic device at the time of casting. Casts will not be sent out without receipt of full payment.
The only exception is if you provide a letter from your insurance company (in hand, not sent to us) stating that they will fully cover the orthotics. If it is an 80%-20% type plan, it is your responsibility to pay your co-payment and deductible at the time of service.
Please call your insurance company before your appointment to find out if you are covered. Most insurance companies do not cover orthotic devices.
