Did you make changes during open enrollment? Children's staff who changed their benefits options during open enrollment should expect new health and dental cards by January 1, 2004. All staff should review their paychecks in January. If errors occur, contact the Benefits Department no later than January 31, 2004. Changes for 2004 New rates are quoted on your Personalized Enrollment form. They, along with plan descriptions, are available in the new Employee Benefits Program booklet.
