Children’s honors two of its finest

n Nov. 21, Children’s honored two employees with the 2002 David S. Weiner Award for Leadership and Innovation in Child Health. Grace Peters, manager of Interpreter Services, and David DeMaso, MD, associate psychiatrist-in-chief, were selected from a field of 32 nominees for the impact they have made at Children’s and their commitment to child health. Both winners received a $20,000 grant for a Children’s program that they selected.
