Children's ranked in Child magazine's top 10

[ printer-friendly version ]

n its February issue, Child magazine names Children’s Hospital Boston one of the 10 best pediatric hospitals in the United States—yet another public recognition of the top-notch care provided here at Children’s.

As the trend to rank hospitals on a national level expands, rankings such as those in Child and U.S. News & World Report have become popular sources of information for consumers. While a family’s pediatrician is the most influential referral source for pediatric hospitals, listings in the media are helpful to parents and guardians making decisions about seeking care.

“Children’s Hospital Boston is proud to receive this recognition from Child,” says James Mandell, MD, president and CEO. “Our staff can view this accolade as another vote of confidence in the world-class care and services we provide. This honor is a credit to each member of the Children’s Hospital Boston team.”
