Children's runners take to the Cape

Some head to Cape Cod for sun and fun—others, to run. The Falmouth Road Race is a great Cape tradition and a legendary road race, attracting Olympians and other elite runners. Joining the elite this year were 41 runners who participated through the hospital's Miles for Miracles Team Falmouth. The team included many employees, like Nursing's Courtney Sullivan, Marketing's Jeff Jalovec and many more. Each runner raised at least $750 to support the hospital in exchange for a place on the team. To date, the group has raised nearly $30,000, with donations still pouring in.

Interested in participating in another road race to benefit Children's? Visit www.childrenshospital.org/run for more information on how you can get involved.
