eed to update your shot records for the new school year? CHB provides many immunizations free of charge to employees.

Immunization Clinic
Immunization clinics are held periodically throughout the week. Occupational Health Services (OHS) provides immunizations and screenings for hepatitis B; measles, mumps, rubella; tetanus; tuberculosis screening; and varicella (chicken pox). All CHB employees and volunteers are encouraged to attend a clinic when a vaccine or TB screening is needed. Please bring your employee ID card. OHS is located at 333 Longwood Ave. on the second floor. For any other questions, please send an e-mail to “OHS” or call ext. 5-7580.
