many immunizations free of charge to employees.
Immunization Clinic
Immunization clinics are held periodically throughout the week.
Occupational Health Services (OHS) provides immunizations and screenings
for hepatitis B; measles, mumps, rubella; tetanus; tuberculosis
screening; and varicella (chicken pox). All CHB employees and volunteers
are encouraged to attend a clinic when a vaccine or TB screening
is needed. Please bring your employee ID card. OHS is located at
333 Longwood Ave. on the second floor. For any other questions,
