Tax-Deferred Annuity and Investment Plan
Regular employess, house stuff and joint appointees, who are normally scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week, are elegible to participate in the hospital's retirement program. Participants can set aside pre-tas money into a 403(b) tax-deferred annuity account, with an annual contribution ceiling of $13,000 for 2004 and $14,000 for 2005.
