Tuition Assistance Program
Tuition assistance is provided to eligible regular full-time and part-time CHB employees.
To qualify, you must select a course that:

  • Is offered at an accredited school, college, university, or at a city or town adult education program
  • Is scheduled during off-duty hours
  • Is graded and documented by proof of successful completion
  • Meets for at least 20 contact hours
  • Is directly job-related

Employee Assistance Program
The EAP provides confidential and professional counseling, education and referral services to all CHB employees and their immediate family members. The service helps address personal and family problems, work/life issues, stress, legal and financial concerns, and substance abuse. Telephone consultation and up to three EAP sessions with a counselor are provided at no cost.

You can call the EAP 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at (800) 345-4047.
