When it comes to being a great place to work, Children’s doesn’t clown around.

|
his
month, the Boston Business Journal named Children’s one of the 50
Best Places to Work in Massachusetts. The hospital was ranked 25th
out of nearly 150 top organizations, and was the only Boston hospital
included on the list.
Children’s was recognized based on an analysis of employee
benefits including retirement plans, health and dental insurance,
performance-based reviews, employee training, leave policies, and
perks such as child care, work/family benefits, tuition assistance
and subsidized transportation and parking. In addition, a group
of employees were surveyed on issues such as pride in the organization,
recognition of employee achievement, openness of communications,
compensation, and relationships between coworkers and immediate
supervisors.
