Get "well"
More than 700 employees attended the Employee Wellness Fair on May 19, meeting with vendors from Fitcorp, Weight Watchers, Employee Assistance and more. Occupational Health also distributed information on how you can keep well by walking, which they will continue to provide throughout the coming months. Making Mother's Day memorable
More than 30 Children's Hospital Boston employees volunteered their time this Mother's Day to help serve brunch at Women's Lunch Place, a local women's shelter. Volunteers served over 200 people with food supplied by Sodexho and Children's Office of Child Advocacy. Nick Seremetis (pictured, far right), the hospital's Food Service operations manager, organized the event.

 

World Asthma Day
On May 11, patients, families and employees participated in the World Asthma Day Community Health Fair at Children's Hospital Boston. Children's asthma specialists coordinated the day to raise awareness about asthma. The event also featured games, raffle prizes and a special visit from Arthur.
