In the movie "It is a Wonderful Life," a comment stands out that describes Carolyn and her loyalty and dedication to this hospital. In the movie, when describing the Savings and Loan Association, they say "Peter Bailey is the Savings and Loan". For those of us who know Carolyn our sentiment would be similar, "Carolyn Clausen is Children's Hospital". Carolyn has spent her entire nursing career at Children's Hospital. She epitomizes the quintessential employee. She has touched the lives of numerous children and families and continues to be a source of strength for them.
