Children's Staff, Employee and Volunteer Survey
Children's Hospital Boston's 2006 Staff, Employee and Volunteer survey is coming to a hospital computer near you May 2 to 15.
Every two years, the hospital conducts a survey to assess how well aligned we are with our institutional goals and to measure the progress we've made since our previous survey.
As in 2004, all who complete a survey will be eligible for cash raffle prizes, ranging from $100 to $500. Prizes will be given out as part of your Children's paycheck and will be adjusted to reflect the full amount of the prize after taxes.
To access the survey, look for "2006 Survey" under the News and Announcements section of Children's Intranet home page. (ID = chboston, Password = survey)

New this year
The survey will be available in five languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, and Chinese.For those who do not have easy access to a computer, paper copies will also be available.
