Manuel Delacampa, Engineering
Manny began his working career at Children’s as an Orthopedic Technician. He joined the Engineering Department in 1985 taking a position as a third shift Operating Engineer. On this shift there are just two Engineers to cover the entire Campus. His knowledge of our many mechanical and electrical systems has been invaluable. Over the years he has been able to address many adverse operating conditions. Whether it is extreme heat or cold, rain or snow, Manny keeps our hospital systems functioning.
