What's your perfect breakfast?

“Take four egg whites and one yolk. Toss them in a pan with a little olive oil, throw in a handful of baby spinach and crumble on some feta cheese, and sprinkle a some salt and herbs. The calories are low, but my stomach is happy for the next five hours.”
David Ludwig, MD, director of the Optimum Weight for Life clinic

“My personal favorite is the spinach omelet we serve on Mondays. But the specialty breakfast sandwiches we have everyday are very popular with everyone.”
Magda Lugeros, cafeteria grill cook

“I like a bowl of banana yogurt with cashews sprinkled on top. Every once in awhile, however, a big, frosted cinnamon roll with some good coffee is the perfect indulgence.”
Lori Bechard, RD, CNSD, clinical dietary specialist
