The following letter was sent to Children's Hospital Boston's Phlebotomy Blood Drawing Lab.
To Whom It May Concern:
On December 27, my granddaughter Ayana Phillips had blood drawn in the Phlebotomy Lab by two technicians, Cassandra Cato and Nina Lewis. This is the first time in her little two and half years of life here on earth that she didn't have any pain or discomfort while having a test. Her experiences in this regard have been unpleasant, and I just wanted to thank Cassandra and Nina for making her last test of the day free from discomfort. They were very professional and courteous. We sure would like to have their services next time. Thanks again.
