The following letter was sent to Cynthia Gardell, RN, MSN, MBA, nurse manager at Children's Hospital Boston at Waltham.
My name is Mary Elias and two of my children had surgery at Children's Waltham location last Tuesday. I wanted to let you know that we had an extremely positive experience. Every staff member that we interacted with was professional, friendly and really made us feel comfortable.
My daughter's procedure required an overnight stay. In addition to the beautiful hospital room we had, we also were very lucky to have Karyn Jozokos as our nurse. Karyn is a wonderful nurse. We also had an evening nurse named Nicole, who was’ÄØgreat.
We are grateful to Children's Hospital Boston at Waltham and to the entire surgical unit. Thank you for making a hectic time in our lives such a positive experience.
