The Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides
confidential, professional counseling, education, and referral
services. The EAP is available to all hospital employees
and their immediate family members. This service helps you
address personal and family problems, work/life issues,
stress management, legal and financial concerns, as well
as substance abuse.
Value
Options administers the Hospital’s Employee Assistance
Program. Telephone consultation and up to three EAP sessions
with a counselor are provided at no cost. Additional counseling,
resources, or specialized treatment may add cost depending
upon your health plan benefits. You can call the EAP 24
hours a day, 365 days a year, at 800-345-4047.
