CHAMPS update

CHAMPS Super Users are now available on each unit to address questions and concerns about the CHAMPS project. These Super Users (who will be wearing their yellow CHAMPS lanyards) can assist employees with their training options, answer questions about the new PowerChart system, and pass along all feedback to the CHAMPS team. To find your Super User, visit the CHAMPS homepage under "Hot Projects" on the hospital's Intranet.

Phase I of CHAMPS will go live in late January, replacing Results Reporting with PowerChart. Any staff member currently using Results Reporting will need to enroll in a 2-hour CHAMPS training class or Web-based training and pass a competency test before receiving their new PowerChart login. All trainings are available for sign up through NetLearning and will run until January 26, 2006. Be sure to make your training arrangements as soon as possible. For more information on the CHAMPS project, visit: web2.tch.harvard.edu/champs.
