My research interests lie in the broad area of signal, image and information processing, with emphasis on medical and biomedical applications. I have conducted research on functional and anatomic magnetic resonance (MRI) neuroimaging, brain functional localization, and image registration, segmentation and analysis. At the Computational Radiology Laboratory I have been working on motion-robust pediatric MRI, fetal MRI and super-resolution MRI with applications in studying normal brain development, neurodevelopmental disorders and the mechanisms of brain injury.
About Ali Gholipour
Ali Gholipour is an instructor in Radiology at Harvard Medical School and a member of the Computational Radiology Laboratory at Children's Hospital Boston.
