Research Interests
Dr. Sand's interests are in clinical trials of novel therapeutic agents and modalities for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis; genotype-phenotype correlations in IBD; validation of disease/treatment outcomes in IBD; prognostic factors in the clinical course of Crohn's disease; pharmacoepidemiology
