Annual Career Conference

To facilitate discussion during the Annual Career Conference for junior faculty, the Office of Faculty Development, in consultation with Department Chairs and Division Chiefs, has revised the Conference Form. The new Annual Career Conference Form includes a section on the faculty member's "Community of Mentors" to encourage the growth of an academic support system. Both the faculty member and the Department Chair are asked to review progress, goals, and resources and to sign their names on the last sheet. Please feel free to revise the Form to accommodate your department's needs. Look for updates on the "Community of Mentors," as the Office of Faculty Development puts this community-wide plan into effect.
