Research Overview
Mary Ellen Wohl's reseach has been directed at optimizing care and outcomes for children with cystic fibrosis and, more recently, those with HIV infections. She has been a principal investigator on several major multicenter clinical trials to test new interventions in treating children with CF and HIV.
About Mary Ellen Wohl

Mary Ellen Wohl received her MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed an internship at Bellevue Hospital Center, a Residency at Babies Hospital, and a fellowship in physiology at the Harvard School of Public Health.

Dr. Wohl is the recipient of numerous honors and awards including the American Academy of Pediatrics' Edwin L. Kendig, Jr Award and the Henry D. Chadwick Medal Award from the Massachusetts Thoracic Society.
