VSD: Unrepaired Complete Atrioventricular Canal- Adult, Eisenmenger Syndrome
42-year-old patient with unrepaired complete atrioventricular canal and Eisenmenger syndrome. There is cardiomegaly, prominent central pulmonary arteries, and rapid tapering of distal pulmonary arteries. The arrow in the left chest points to a dilated main pulmonary artery segment. The arrow in the right chest points to dilated central pulmonary arteries.
