MRI: Left Pulmonary Artery Sling - Coronal View

MRI obtained in a coronal plane in a 9-year-old child. The image shows the origin of the left pulmonary artery (LPA) from the right pulmonary artery (RPA). This child atypically had no symptoms. The left lung received 25 % of right ventricular output.
