ALCAPA: MRI- Left Ventricular Dysfunction

MRI performed in a 9-month-old infant with recently diagnosed ALCAPA. The study shows a severely dilated left ventricle with thin walls and severe systolic dysfunction. The apex moves dyskinetically with no thickening of the inferior wall, which appears to move downward against the diaphragm in systole.
