ALCAPA: Selective Right Coronary Artery Angiogram- Lateral View

Lateral view of selective injection of the right coronary artery in a 9-month-old infant with ALCAPA. The right coronary artery is dilated. The left coronary artery fills via collaterals and empties into the main pulmonary artery, approximately 1-2 cm below the tip of the venous catheter which is positioned in the main pulmonary artery.
