Blocked Atrial Premature Beat

Electrocardiogram obtained in a 4-year-old child with atrial premature beats. The two pauses are preceded by a blocked atrial premature beat (arrows); for these beats the P wave deforms the T wave. The final beat on this recording is an atrial premature beat that is conducted aberrantly.
