ALCAPA: 2D Echo- Parasternal Short-Axis View, Left Ventricular Dysfunction

2D echocardiogram performed in the parasternal short-axis view in a 3-month old infant with ALCAPA. There is marked dilation of the left ventricle (end-diastolic volume Z-score 15) and severe left ventricular dysfunction (ejection fraction 23 %).
