Truncus Arteriosus: Anatomy- Type I
Gross anatomy of truncus arteriosus type I. A short main pulmonary trunk arises from the base of the truncus and bifurcates to supply the left and right pulmonary artery. The forceps are grasping the truncus that has been opened anteriorly. The orifice of a coronary artery is visible.
