Truncus Arteriosus: 2D Echo-Parasternal Long-Axis View 1

2D echocardiogram performed in the parasternal long-axis view in a patient with type II truncus arteriosus showing a single great vessel that over-rides the ventricular septum, a large ventricular septal defect, and origin of a pulmonary artery approximately 1.1 cm superior to the truncal valve annulus.
